10:00 KLA Committee Meeting 

11:00 Bacon rolls, tea and coffee available to purchase on the day. 

13:00-13:30 Lodge Meeting 

13:30 Lodge room open to invite Scouters and the other non masons for presentations from Carl Hankinson and Tony Harvey 

15:00 Festival board followed by raffle raising money for Teddies for Loving Care and the local world Jamboree contingent with after dinner speaker Stephen Pateman

18:00 Anticipated end of proceedings
