Kindred Lodges Meeting April 15th 2023.
Hosted expertly by the South Cheshire Lodge No. 5571 in Nantwich Cheshire, the latest KLA Festival took place with over 45 KLA members present plus many Grand Officers and an APGM.
The Chair of the KLA, Paul Wong presented a detailed view of KLA and its aims and how best the group of “special interest” lodges can be supported by membership of the KLA. We were challenged with looking to the future and how best we can all contribute to fresh and new ideas to support future activities. The meeting was also attended by a number of non-masonic guests including a few Explorer Scouts and Leaders.
Tradition has it that the next Host Lodge receives the KLA Tile presentation box to show at their meetings until they host the next Festival – The next Festival will be hosted by Arrowhead Lodge of Freedom 8500 Lancashire on October 7th, 2023. “DOBBY” The KLA Lodge mascot was also presented by the Master and Secretary of South Cheshire Lodge to the representative of Arrowhead Lodge of Freedom…
